Returns & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel an order or make a return, we're here to help. Please review the policy below.
Order Cancellations
If you've changed your mind, orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered processing or shipped.
Because we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. If you no longer want your item after it arrives, you're welcome to request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging.
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a full refund and could be subject to a partial refund based on their condition.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We'll gladly cover return shipping if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item arrived damaged or defective.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Restocking Fee
To help cover the costs of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned merchandise, a 10% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not the result of our error.
No restocking fee will ever be charged if we shipped the wrong item or if your product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we'll inspect the item and send you an email confirming we've received it. We'll also let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the issue.
We'll make it right as quickly as possible by providing a replacement or issuing a full refund at no additional cost to you.
